Fairly clean, vintage hotel, I loved a nice size rooms and ATTENTIVE staff. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. The location was unbeatable and quiet in a tranquil area, just off a coffee shop, a freight train and a convenient area.

Staying in the Queen Room was a mixed bag. It felt a bit antiseptic at first, but aired out fine. The room was spacious with a nice sofa, two fridges, and a microwave. The coffee maker was a plus too. But the cleanliness was worrying, and I heard the trains pretty clearly at night, which might bother light sleepers. Oh, and good luck with that remote for the TV-or, you know, channels! Wouldn't recommend if you're picky about cleanliness.

The room was spacious with a full sofa, plenty of room for our stuff it seemed like we could just spread out, not cramped at all. My kids loved having two refrigerators, they got to have their snacks while we could store drinks for the night.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the size and amenities it was still tolerable.

The King Suite with Spa Bath was like a worthy oasis for my family. Plus, it was spacious enough for the kids to stretch out and relax after an epic day of exploring.

Spacious room but cleanliness needs addressing

Our stay lasted for 3 nights, and while the room was spacious with two refrigerators and a microwave, the cleanliness was concerning as it initially had an antiseptic odor. It was also very quiet outside, though train sounds might disturb light sleepers. A little more attention to detail in cleaning and room maintenance would greatly improve the experience.
